Being socially responsible to us means that people and the organization must behave ethically and with sensitivity towards social, cultural, economic and environmental issues and to contribute our resources - finances, time, effort and energy - towards the betterment of the community and society.
Things we do to live the value
- Mindful utilization of natural resources
- Avoiding wastage of office supplies
- Share written-off office supplies such as equipment, computers, printers with NGOs or other organizations who can utilize the same
- Initiate, support and work on projects having significant social impact
The firm has dedicated CSR committees in its Bangalore, Gurgaon, Hyderabad and Mumbai offices. These committees are responsible for identifying projects on behalf of the firm. Apart from individual contributions in terms of monetary and physical involvement of its members, the K&S Partners also contributes towards social development. Members of the firm are regularly sensitized about our value of being “Socially Responsible” and our role in living this value.
In the past, we have worked on various projects relating to education, elderly destitute, waste management and recycling, relief during national disasters, environment etc. This area of work is, and always will be, very close to our hearts!
